Collect and convert leeches

  1. Search the ground

    Walk Island 2 and pick up visible leeches; they are ground items, not a normal catch.

  2. Trust the current quest counter

    Some evidence shows three while a Steam reply says five. Collect the number displayed in your current version.

  3. Return to the NPC

    Hand over the required leeches and use the resulting bait for Giant Piranha.
